Sewer Inspection Camera Lens Cover for Easy CAM cameras!
Our removable pipe inspection camera lens cover allows you to change the inspection camera lenses if they get cracked or scratched. The sewer camera lens cover is takes the blunt of the force and is replaceable, and is made of a lightweight composite material that creates very little friction within the pipe, even more so in cast or really rough pipe.

Our lens is made of laminated glass. The lamination will maintain the waterproof qualities of the lens even if it is cracked or broken. In the event of a crack all you will have to replace is the lens!

The pipe inspection camera head and assembly is removable, and it connects to the push rod with a submersible and completely waterproof connector.

Our 100% stainless steel spring connects the camera head to the push rod which gives the camera end of the push rod the flexibility it needs to maneuver around sharp bends with ease.
Custom Video inspection Camera Push rod
The push rod is custom designed to the highest standards. It is very strong yet flexible, and because of a very low friction jacket it glides down even the roughest of pipes with very little drag. Using a custom molding process to join the terminal ends to our push rod makes it so that it becomes owner replaceable assembly, including the complete locking sleeve.
Rotary Contact for sewer inspection cameras
The rotary contact is completely custom designed and built by Easy CAM. Electrical contacts are a big problem in inspection cameras. They are one of the main causes of flicker or failure in a camera. The revolving push rod. needs a steady flow of signals from the stationary circuitry to maintain a high quality picture. The Easy CAM rotary contact does this and is built to last.
Circuit Boards for our Sewer Inspection Camera
Our Easy CAM sewer inspection camera circuit board maintains strong steady signals to the camera head components and video output. It contains LEDs to determine the status of the signals passing through it and lets you know if the board is operating correctly. Only four screws and four plugs have to be removed to replace the circuit board.
Sewer inspection camera Power Supply
Our sewer inspection cameras use a standard twelve-volt power supply which plugs into the circuit board and the switch. It can be replaced by removing two bracket screws, three power cord screws, and unplugging it from the switch and circuit board. Replacing the inspection camera's power supply couldn't get any easier.
Dimmers for our sewer inspection camera
The dimmer for the video inspection camera lights has a welded mounting bracket inside the circuit box that allows you to replace it with only a wrench. Then just remove the knob and unplug it from the inspection camera's circuit board.
Video inspection camera Switch
The switch is a standard marine twelve-volt. It fastens to the inside of the circuit box with silicone adhesive, and tightens down on the outside with a rubber boot.
GFI for Sewer inspection cameras
Though most of the power in our circuit box is twelve volt we utilized a built-in GFI for added protection. Since most cameras operate in a water this protects our most valuable asset, our customers!
