Our removable pipe inspection camera lens cover allows you to change the inspection camera lenses if they get cracked or scratched. The sewer camera lens cover is takes the blunt of the force and is replaceable, and is made of a lightweight composite material that creates very little friction within the pipe, even more so in cast or really rough pipe.

Video Inspection Camera Lens and cover

Our lens is made of laminated glass. The lamination will maintain the waterproof qualities of the lens even if it is cracked or broken. In the event of a crack all you will have to replace is the lens!

Rotary Contact for sewer inspection cameras

The rotary contact is completely custom designed and built by Easy CAM. Electrical contacts are a big problem in inspection cameras. They are one of the main causes of flicker or failure in a camera. Circuit Boards for our Sewer Inspection Camera

Our Easy CAM sewer inspection camera circuit board maintains strong steady signals to the camera head components and video output. It contains LEDs to determine the status of the signals passing through it and lets you know if the board is operating correctly. Only four screws and four plugs have to be removed to replace the circuit board.

Sewer inspection camera Power Supply

Our sewer inspection cameras use a standard twelve-volt power supply which plugs into the circuit board and the switch. It can be replaced by removing two bracket screws, three power cord screws, and unplugging it from the switch and circuit board. Replacing the inspection camera's power supply couldn't get any easier.

Dimmers for our sewer inspection camera

The dimmer for the video inspection camera lights has a welded mounting bracket inside the circuit box that allows you to replace it with only a wrench. Then just remove the knob and unplug it from the inspection camera's circuit board.

Video inspection camera Switch

The switch is a standard marine twelve-volt. It fastens to the inside of the circuit box with silicone adhesive, and tightens down on the outside with a rubber boot.

Though most of the power in our circuit box is twelve volt we utilized a built-in GFI for added protection. Since most cameras operate in a water this protects our most valuable asset, our customers!
