EasyCAM II is built to be durable and trouble free. However, in the unlikely event you ever experience issues with yours we will be there to help.

We warrant EasyCam products to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years.

Because our product is owner serviceable, we require that you contact our technical support to diagnose your warranty repair needs. In the event the repair cannot be accomplished by the owner, the product or part must be returned to us. We will either repair or replace the part/product at our discretion. Shipping repair unit to EasyCam is the responsibility of the owner, however, EasyCam will pay the return shipping. If we determine there is no defect or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then owner must bear the cost of the repair and return shipping.

This warranty covers only the Sewer Inspection Camera and parts, and does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents.

*If owner chooses not to do a repair which could be done himself he may send his camera to our factory to have repair performed by Easy CAM Technicians at the rate of $59/hour.

**Replacement parts are provided at no cost upon receipt of damaged part. If owner requests replacement part in advance, a credit card is required for shipment.
